At FestiPics, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable digital service experience. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Service Policy
FestiPics provides digital services. Once a plan is successfully activated, the service is considered delivered.
For this reason, payments are generally non-refundable.
2. When a Refund Is Applicable
A refund will be provided only in the following cases:
- If we fail to activate your plan within 24 hours of successful payment, or
- If there is a technical or operational issue from our side that prevents plan activation
In such cases, the user is eligible to request a refund.
3. Refund Claim Time Limit
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of payment
- Requests received after this period will not be accepted
4. When Refund Is Not Applicable
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The plan has been successfully activated
- Delay occurs due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user
- The user changes their mind after activation
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- The refund processing time may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank
